What is Movable Feast Tours:

Movable Feast Tours was created to host travel tours and workshops around the country and around the world. The Tuscan Food and and Photography Workshop will be our inaugural event. The inspiration for the company, and this first workshop, comes from a love of travel, adventure, food, wine, and photography, and the desire to explore these passions more fully and to share them with others.

The guiding principle of Moveable Feast Tours is quality. We will strive to offer the highest quality hospitality, instruction, and overall experience to each of our guests, and we will constantly be searching for great quality in the food, wine, and travel experiences in the places we visit.

We are inspired by people, companies, and artists who devote themselves to producing and delivering the highest levels of quality, by focusing on details and demonstrating uncommon care and attention to their craft.

Our goal is to create travel experiences that enrich people's lives and give them a deeper sense of the possibilities of travel.

Why the name "Moveable Feast Tours?"

Hemingway said that Paris stays with you because "Paris is a moveable feast." We hope our tours are too. Whether in the rust-colored hills of Tuscany, or along the rocky coast of Maine, we aim to create a travel experience for our guests that is a feast for the eyes, the palate, and the soul.

A bit more about our travel philosophy:

Go local. Talk to locals, eat with them, drink with them, seek them out, listen to them, be them.

Do not overlook the importance of eating well. Meals should not be an afterthought—they should be a focal point of the trip and among the most satisfying parts of your experience.

Learn about the place you're visiting. Starting with its food and wine, but including its history, a bit of the language, and what makes the place unique.

Travel should be more than recreation, more than just vacation...it should be a celebration of life.
